Breif introduction:
The main functions of bogie’s spring suspension device are: 1. When the locomotive and vehicle passes through the uneven line or vibration and impact occur due to wheel set defects, it can alleviate the impact and attenuate the vibration; 2. Make the weight distribution between the wheel sets of the same bogie appropriate, so that the wheel load of each wheel set will not vary too much under various line conditions.
Springs for bogie’s suspension are made of high-strength spring steel by hot coil or cold coil, and manufactured according to AAR, EN or Chinese railway standards.
